Response speed doesn't depend only on willingness to help: it depends on having each member's address already located by GPS, a clear protocol for each type of call, and a fleet checked and ready to go at any moment. That's how we've worked since 2001, with a team available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our Emergency Medical Technicians (TES) keep up ongoing training, not just when they join: we regularly review and update life-support protocols and how we handle medical equipment, in both hospital and out-of-hospital transfers.

TES, nursing and medical staff, depending on the service
TES staff (Emergency Medical Technicians) cover day-to-day emergency and scheduled transfers. For Mobile ICU transfers and higher-risk preventive services, we bring in nursing (DUE) and medical staff — the combination is matched to the type of service, not the other way round.
We work in several languages because, since 2001, we've served a very international community: it's not an added extra, it's the reason the association exists.
