Foreseeable Risk Deployments (DRP)
A Foreseeable Risk Deployment (DRP, from the Spanish "Dispositivo de Riesgo Previsible") is the set of medical resources and measures deployed at an event with public attendance, to prevent and respond to situations that can be anticipated in advance. Spanish Civil Protection Act 2/1985 and General Health Act 14/1986, together with Regional Decree 277/2010 of the Generalitat Valenciana (amended by Decree 21/2019), regulate this requirement in the Valencian Community — which is why many events with an audience (festivals, concerts, races...) need a DRP before they can take place.
Why is it done?
A DRP makes it possible to identify each event's specific risks in advance —capacity, type of activity, location— and to have medical resources ready on site to act quickly if an emergency occurs, instead of relying solely on an ambulance arriving from elsewhere.
What we offer
We adapt to whatever each organiser needs: we provide the medical resources within an already-designed DRP, or we take care of designing and coordinating the whole deployment.
Resources we provide
Basic and/or Mobile ICU ambulance at the event itself.
TES, nursing (DUE) and medical staff, depending on the event's risk level.
Design and coordination of the deployment, when requested by the organiser.
Coverage across the whole Valencian Community — Alicante and Valencia.

Frequently asked questions
Before you contact us
Do you handle emergencies 24 hours a day?
Yes, emergencies are attended 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The office, for admin queries and information, is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:00.
Do I need to be a member to request a transfer?
No. Anyone can request a transfer service. Being a member also gives you priority assistance all year round for you and your family.
Can I book coverage for a one-off event?
Yes, contact us with the date, location and type of event and we'll confirm availability.
Do you design the risk plan (DRP) or just provide the ambulance?
It depends on the event: we can take care of designing and coordinating the whole deployment, or just provide the medical resources within a risk plan (DRP) already designed by the organiser or town council.
